I really like this desktop its a few years old but can still run youtube OK and also even has a built in speaker. The 3 things to make windows go faster is Disk Defrag HDD if not an SSD. Run Vit Registry Fix 9.5 and see how many error's you get? also update your drivers I use SlimDrivers for this also free to use.
