Noisy hdd on this Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Computer is this about to die as PC seems really slow?

Very noisy hard drive on this Fujitsu Siemens ESPRIMO Computer wonder if this is about to die as PC seems really slow?. Not really matter if this is dying HDD as they were about 5 more which came in the bundle so will be easy to change might try back up the windows on to another one.
